The Project Management Financial Analyst (“PMFA”) will report directly to, and work closely alongside, the Executive Vice President (“EVP”), who is officed in Dublin (Columbus), Ohio. The position is to be based in the Dublin office, but strong candidates may be considered if willing to relocate to Tampa or Smyrna offices. The workday will consist of normal business hours on Eastern time, Monday through Friday; there will be occasions when work needs to be done outside of normal business hours. Travel requirements for this position will generally be minimal (some onsite training in Smyrna and/or Tampa will be necessary during the initial training and introductory period, which will involve overnight stays).

The primary duties of the PMFA shall include, but not be limited to, the following.

• · Building and updating financial projections in MS Excel, often times very quickly
• · Organizing and assembling money draws for transaction closings, and for monthly construction progress payments
• · Reconciling numbers in legal documents to those shown in the financial projections
• · Maintaining internal financial tracking reports
• · Organizing conference calls with transaction partners
